System Introduction
The anchor (cable) monitoring system is mainly used for real-time automated monitoring of the tension of anchors (cables) in foundation pits and slopes, and is applicable to fields such as foundation pits, national land geological disasters, mine geological disasters, and water conservancy and hydropower monitoring. The monitoring system adopts an integrated design, integrating sensors, data acquisition, data transmission, solar power supply, pole brackets and other components required for anchor (cable) monitoring into one, making field installation operations simple and convenient.

4. Functional Features
1) Supports sending data in different protocol formats to 3 or more addresses;
2) Auto-recovery after disconnection, and automatically re-sends unsuccessfully sent data after network recovery;
3) Optional synchronous monitoring of storage battery/solar voltage, charge and discharge information, temperature and humidity, signal strength, location information, etc.;
4) Supports multiple working modes: sleep mode, online mode, early warning mode;
5) Has a threshold trigger function, and automatically reports immediately when monitoring data exceeds the threshold;
6) Can store data for more than 2 years, with the function of automatically overwriting old data;
7) Remote control, online upgrade of hardware programs;
8) By installing one or more steel bar stress gauges on the anchor steel bars of the slope support structure, the monitoring system can automatically measure the anchor tension for a long time;
9) By installing a cable load cell on the cable of the slope support structure, the monitoring system can automatically measure the tension of multi-strand cables for a long time;
10) The equipment has strong corrosion resistance and rust prevention ability, and temperature, freeze-thaw, rainwater, dust, strong wind, etc. will not affect the normal operation of the equipment system.
